Mirage Net Web provides shared web hosting, domain registration and relocation, custom website design, and custom development. The specific features and limits of your plan are described on our hosting plans page or in your service agreement.
You agree to use our services lawfully and not to host content or send communications that are illegal, infringe others' rights, or that would compromise the security or performance of our servers and other customers.
Our network is monitored 24 hours a day, and we target a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Support is available Monday–Friday, 9:00–6:00 CST, with evenings and weekends by appointment.
Hosting plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Annual plans are offered at a discount. Custom design and development work is quoted separately.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes that affect your account will be communicated to you directly.
